What does the IRS have to do with Illegal Aliens?
In addition to violating federal immigration laws, these employers of illegal aliens are potentially in violation of
several of our federal and state tax laws by hiring illegals “off of the books”.
The IRS is very interested in receiving information about these scofflaws and is even offering rewards for this information!
They have a very robust enforcement arm that is eager to go after tax-evading employers, either criminally or civilly.

What is SendTheTaxman.com?
President Bush and Homeland Security Secretary Chertoff have both stated they
were going after the employers of illegal aliens. Thanks to “We the People”
doing their civic duty, the FIRE Coalition’s WeHireAliens.com is the nation’s largest public archive of
alleged employers of illegal aliens. There are currently over 5,000 employers
listed from all 50 states.
In a letter published in the Washington Times, retired
U.S. Border Patrol Chief Hugh Brien stated,
"If we vigorously
enforce employer sanctions, the jobs available to illegal aliens will dry up and
they (at least the law-abiding ones) will repatriate to their countries of
origin. The criminal illegal aliens who remain, we can deal with them. Be very
clear. Amnesty is not the answer. It only worsens the problems and allows Mexico
and other countries to depopulate their countries of excess workers."

In a speech given Constitution Week, Congressman Steve
King from Iowa’s 5th District stated,
“The human suffering in
the United States has been tremendous, and we focus ourselves on other things
like those that died in the desert, those that want to have a better life when
it’s the responsibility of those of us here in the Congress, the responsibility
of the President and the Administration to enforce our laws, and to provide
security, and protect Americans. We need to enforce in the work place. …I’d like
